You will begin with an intensive on-site training and onboarding period in Athens, followed by a flexible remote work arrangement within Greece.
As a Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers and accommodation partners, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience from booking through to check-out. You will play a crucial role in resolving inquiries, assisting with bookings, and addressing any issues that may arise, all while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Native or fluent Croatian language skills
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using multiple systems and online tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work full-time in rotational shifts
- Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece for the initial 3-month on-site period
