Job Description
Ryft is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven PPC / Paid Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our paid acquisition strategy, with a primary focus on driving high-quality leads from marketplaces, platforms, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) seeking sophisticated payment solutions. You will own the end-to-end management of our paid media channels, ensuring efficient spend and measurable impact on revenue.
As our Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across key platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn. Your expertise will be crucial in targeting high-intent search terms related to split payments, payment orchestration, and marketplace APIs. You will leverage data from GA4 and HubSpot (or similar CRM) to meticulously track the entire customer funnel, ensuring that ad spend translates directly into revenue, not just clicks. Collaboration with our design team for A/B testing ad copy and landing pages will be key to continuously improving conversion rates (CRO). You will also be tasked with managing and scaling budgets efficiently, maintaining strict Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets, and enhancing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in PPC/Paid Media management.
- Proven experience in building, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn.
- Deep understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and targeting high-intent search terms.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for full-funnel tracking and analysis.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot for lead tracking and revenue attribution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling ad copy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale ad spend efficiently while maintaining strict CPA and improving ROAS.
- Experience with A/B testing ad copy and landing pages for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Important Requirements
- Experience within the Fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking implementation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B advertising.
Nice to Have Requirements
- Experience competing against major players in the payment solutions space (e.g., Stripe, Adyen).
