Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Aftersales Manager / Head of Aftersales to lead and scale our aftersales operations within a highly technical electronics environment. This pivotal role requires a blend of hands-on technical problem-solving, strategic operational leadership, robust process development, and effective team management. You will be instrumental in building safe, efficient, and scalable aftersales operations to support our international growth. Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Strong technical background in electronics or electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagnose faults.
- Proven experience leading service, support, or aftersales teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented leadership approach.
- Willingness to travel within Finland, the Nordics, and Europe.
Important Requirements
- Ensure service, support, and warranty SLAs are consistently met.
- Lead daily operations, allocate resources, and remove operational roadblocks.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues.
- Develop and document scalable aftersales processes.
- Drive workplace and electrical safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer teams.
- Build and expand a network of service partners.
- Identify opportunities for service contracts, upgrades, and spare parts sales.

- Experience scaling operations and developing service processes.
