Most job sites still rely on keyword-based or legacy scoring. Ansius reads real evidence in the CV and job requirements instead. The integrations below let you keep using those job sites to promote roles, while Ansius acts as the intelligence layer for screening.

Free, one-click integration. Connect LinkedIn to Hirewall once to send applicants from your LinkedIn jobs straight into your Ansius pipeline.

LinkedIn continues to promote your roles. Ansius then applies transparent, evidence-based matching to those applicants, so you see a clearer view of fit than from keyword filters alone.

When the integration is connected, applicants are directed to apply on Ansius. They receive clear, immediate feedback, and you avoid silent drop-off or unintentional ghosting.

Monster

One-click setup. Pair Monster with Hirewall so people who apply from your Monster listings enter your Ansius queue without manual forwarding.

You keep posting on Monster. For each applicant, Ansius surfaces requirement-level evidence from the CV, so your review focuses on substance rather than keyword overlap.

Candidates finish on Ansius. They get structured feedback on how they align with the role, and your team can give each person a clear outcome instead of leaving them waiting.

Naukri

Simple, one-click integration. Naukri applicants can be sent straight into your Ansius pipeline from your Naukri ads.

Naukri still handles reach and ad placement. Ansius then evaluates applications using requirement-level evidence instead of keyword scores, so reviewers get a clearer, more structured view of each candidate.

Naukri needs to enable applications to an external URL for your jobs and may charge an integration fee directly. Ask your Naukri account manager to turn this on for Ansius; once it is active, we connect it on our side.

Once connected, candidates apply through Ansius. They see transparent feedback on their match, and your team can close every application with a clear outcome instead of leaving people without a response.

Indeed

Simple, one-click integration. Indeed applicants can also be routed into your Ansius pipeline, so you review them with the same transparent, evidence-based matching.

The integration needs to be enabled on your Indeed account first. Ask your Indeed account manager to allow applications to an external URL for your jobs and to link that to Ansius, then we complete the setup on our side.

When this is in place, applicants click through to Ansius to apply. They get immediate, structured feedback, and your team can manage decisions without unintentional ghosting.

Manatal

API integration. Ansius can connect with Manatal when you are on the Enterprise Plus plan.

With the API enabled, Ansius can act as an intelligence layer on top of Manatal, adding requirement-level, transparent screening while you keep your existing ATS workflows.

To enable this, ask your Manatal account manager about API access on Enterprise Plus and request the details needed to connect Ansius. We then complete the technical setup with you.
