Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Finance Director in overseeing the company's financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strict compliance with tax regulations. You will be responsible for managing cash flow, supervising accounting operations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in accounting, a proactive approach to process improvement, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proven expertise in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and experience with tax declaration submissions.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting software.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).
Important Requirements
- Experience in managing bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and cash flow forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor accounting staff.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial compliance standards.
Nice to Have Requirements
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
- Experience with ERP system implementation or process optimization.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
