The successful candidate will take ownership of diverse initiatives ranging from fundraising and financial modeling to GTM strategy, operations, and product development. Requirements
Critical Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience at a top-tier firm (e.g., Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or equivalent high-performance environment
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software and financial modeling
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in New York City
- High agency with a strong bias toward action and independent problem-solving
- Proven ability to handle high-integrity, confidential, and reliable tasks
Important Requirements
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects
- Ability to draft professional investor updates and internal briefs
- Comfortable working with minimal direction in an early-stage startup environment

- Prior experience in FinTech or InsurTech
