Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Client Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Barcelona. In this role, our client expects the successful candidate to manage and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new international clients. Our client requires the individual to conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and training to ensure client success. Our client also tasks this role with coordinating closely with Sales and Marketing departments to facilitate seamless handovers. Furthermore, our client requires the management and optimization of PPC campaigns to support acquisition efforts, alongside handling outbound calls to engage and support both new and existing clients. Our client emphasizes the importance of tracking onboarding progress to ensure all milestones are met in a timely manner.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- C1 or higher proficiency in German (written and spoken)
- C1 or higher proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 20 months of professional experience in Sales or Marketing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Important Requirements
- Customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage and optimize PPC campaigns
- Experience in conducting training sessions or product walkthroughs

- Bachelor degree or higher
