Ansius is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and support one of our esteemed clients. This is a fully remote position based in Greece, offering an excellent opportunity to leverage your language skills and provide exceptional support to a German-speaking customer base.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues across various channels including phone, email, and chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and professional support, all while maintaining high-quality service standards.
