Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join an international team in Barcelona. In this role, our client expects you to identify and qualify new business opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and various digital channels. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and achieving individual and team sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience are also key responsibilities.

- Native or near-native German language proficiency (C1/C2 level)
- Good English communication skills (B2+ level)
- EU work authorization or eligibility to work in Spain
