Job Description
Our client is seeking a high-agency Head of Strategy & Business Operations to work directly with the founding team to scale a rapidly growing creator-tech platform. Our client requires an operator who thrives in fast-paced environments to build and optimize internal systems, workflows, and operational processes. Our client expects the successful candidate to own key business operations, including payroll, contracts, onboarding, legal and tax coordination, and vendor management. Furthermore, our client tasks this role with leading recruiting and people operations, while partnering directly with enterprise clients to drive account success and campaign performance. Our client offers the opportunity to create scalable playbooks and operational infrastructure that will serve as the foundation for future business growth.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, operations, or as a Chief of Staff
- Proven ability to take ownership and execute in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Must be based in or willing to work on-site in New York City 5 days per week
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Important Requirements
- Experience working closely with startup leadership
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

- Experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or UGC platforms
- Early-stage startup operating experience
- Background in top-tier consulting or investment banking
