Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in payroll administration, compensation administration, or a similar role.
- Solid expertise in payroll administration, German tax regulations, and social security law.
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical understanding.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new regulations and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
