Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Administration, Technical Support, or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of IT networks and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server environments, Exchange, SQL, Firewalls, and virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V).
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
- German language proficiency at C1 level.
- English language proficiency at B1 level.

- Experience supporting cloud services and cloud telephony solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams on technical solutions.
