Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Completed IT-related vocational training with professional experience, or several years of relevant IT experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
- German language proficiency at C2 level (native or near-native)
Important Requirements
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, networking, ticketing systems, and remote support tools
- Confident working with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills and clear communication abilities
Nice to Have Requirements
- Experience with remote support and helpdesk tools such as TeamViewer and Freshdesk
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new software products and services
