Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive IT technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site.
* Efficiently manage and coordinate assigned IT tasks and operational processes.
* Serve as a primary technical point of contact for customer-related projects.
* Actively support the planning, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of IT infrastructure projects.
* Administer and maintain Microsoft and Linux environments.
* Ensure the smooth operation and support of networks, servers, backup solutions, and monitoring systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system-related issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification in IT.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
- Solid understanding of general IT infrastructure principles.
- German language skills at B2 level.
- English language skills at C1 level.
