Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in IT or project management
- Native or C2 level proficiency in German
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Important Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environments
- Proven experience working within Scrum or agile software development methodologies
- Ability to translate technical requirements into user stories and manage backlog prioritization
Nice to Have Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Azure DevOps
