Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting a high-volume reservations project. In this role, our client expects the successful candidate to assist customers with reservation-related inquiries while delivering an outstanding experience across phone, email, and other communication channels. Our client requires the specialist to handle pre- and post-reservation inquiries, process modifications and cancellations, and coordinate effectively with hotels and guests. Our client emphasizes the importance of resolving complaints professionally and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Critical Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
