Job Description
Ansius is an early-stage startup building AI-driven software to revolutionize how companies manage and fill job openings. We are looking for our first dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us during a pivotal 90-day go-to-market pilot. In this role, you will be the front line of our outbound efforts, engaging with recruiters and hiring managers to demonstrate the value of our platform. You will work in partnership with Nurtured GTM, receiving structured training and coaching to ensure your success. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role for a driven closer who thrives on performance-based compensation.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Proven experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles
- Confidence and proficiency in cold calling as a primary outreach method
- Strong written communication skills for high-impact email and LinkedIn outreach
- Ability to maintain clean pipeline hygiene and accurate data entry in CRM (Attio)
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to manage your own calendar and prospecting activity
Important Requirements
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to participate in role-play, call shadowing, and feedback sessions
- Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment across time zones
- Ability to articulate product value using a feature-benefit approach rather than technical jargon
Nice to Have Requirements
- Prior experience in SaaS, recruiting-tech, or HRTech
- Familiarity with our tech stack: Attio, Instantly, HeyReach, Dialpad, and Clay/Avina
