Job Description
Our client is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead international sales initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive the adoption of innovative digital solutions across global markets. In this role, our client's new Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities with government institutions, ministries, and public sector organisations while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Our client offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful digital transformation projects with international exposure.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- At least 3 years in public sector or enterprise software sales
- Proven experience with government procurement, tenders, and RFPs
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Important Requirements
- Strong understanding of government structures and digital transformation
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills
- Ability to build strategic relationships with senior government stakeholders and decision-makers
Nice to Have Requirements
- Experience with opportunities funded by international development organisations and multilateral development banks
