Job Description
About the role:
This is a founding role, not a caretaking one. Our client is not hiring someone to manage an existing team, they are looking for a candidate with a genuine start-up mentality.
The right person leads with ownership, not as an employee executing instructions. They arrive with a plan, put their own numbers on the table and are comfortable operating without the guardrails of a fully built-out organisation. Ideally, the right candidate is/was working within the structure of an SME or a larger, established UAE agency, who has hit a ceiling on growth and is ready to build something of their own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the sales team from the ground up
- Set the sales strategy for secondary market business
- Develop and execute a credible plan toward an ambitious first-year sales target
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, homeowners and key clients to secure listings and mandates
- Oversee the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, property viewings, negotiations and closing
- Set individual and team targets; track performance and report directly to the CEO
- Put in place the processes, tools and structure the sales team will run on
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA/DLD regulations and company policy
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Real Estate Sales experience in the UAE
- Strong background in Secondary Market sales, with a proven track record and extensive experience in the field
- Demonstrated ability to close at scale, with a track record that supports an ambitious first-year sales target
- Product expert in at least one area or community
- Genuine ownership mentality; treats targets, team and outcomes as their own, not as tasks assigned to them
- Leadership potential; someone who can grow into a senior leadership role as the company scales
- Comfortable building process and structure, not just following it
- Role holder must have valid UAE driving license and his/her own car
Important Requirements
- Product expert in at least one area or community
Nice to Have Requirements
- Experience across multiple Real Estate scopes, residential and commercial

- Competitive commission structure and override scheme
How your application is reviewed
You get an instant result: After you apply, Ansius compares your CV with the role requirements and shows your match score in seconds.
What happens next: This score is used for pre-screening. If your score meets the employer's review threshold, your application moves forward for recruiter review. If not, you still receive a clear result immediately.
Why this is useful: This is not simple keyword matching. Ansius uses AI to understand direct, implied, and indirect evidence in your CV, similar to how recruiters review applications during manual screening.
How your CV match score is calculated
Your score is based on evidence found in your CV against the job requirements. The analysis considers clear statements, related experience, and supporting context, not only exact keyword matches. Recruiters can include extra role-specific criteria in this job, so this result may differ from the public CV match tool.
Use this feedback for your next application
The match breakdown shows which requirements had strong evidence and which did not. You can use it to improve your CV for this role and for similar roles.
