Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Controller to join their growing international organization based in Leutenberg, Thuringia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Controlling, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience in controlling
- Professional proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2+ level)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Important Requirements
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Knowledge of BigQuery and data analytics workflows
- Proven experience with financial/ERP systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to Have Requirements
- Specific experience with SAP and LucaNet
- Strong interest in digitalization and AI integration
- Valid driving license and mobility
