Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Engineer to lead the construction supervision for a prestigious mixed-use residential villa project in Riyadh. As the lead technical authority on-site, you will oversee the execution of all landscape, irrigation, and hardscape elements, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and design intent. You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, managing technical submittals, site progress, and team performance to deliver a world-class residential environment.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of post-graduate experience in landscape design and construction supervision.
- Proven experience in large-scale, mixed-use residential or villa projects.
- Expertise in hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, and water feature installation.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Riyadh.
Important Requirements
- Ability to manage RFIs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Experience in contract administration and progress monitoring.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior engineering staff.
- Commitment to HSE standards and safety-first site culture.
Nice to Have Requirements
- Professional certification or membership in relevant landscape or engineering bodies.
- Experience working with international PMC firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
