Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing / QA engineering
- Proven experience with test automation, integration, and unit testing
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript and C#
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Good command of English language skills
- Strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills
Important Requirements
- Experience working in agile (SCRUM) teams
- Experience with manual and automated testing (unit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end tests)
- Ability to develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test strategies
- Experience in ensuring software quality in terms of functionality, UX, performance, and security
- Ability to conduct structured test planning based on requirements and risk analysis
- Experience documenting and communicating defects to development teams
- Willingness to participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
