Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to serve as the technical cornerstone of our engineering organization. In this role, you will facilitate high-quality software delivery by providing architectural leadership, governance, and practical guidance across the full SDLC, DevOps, QA, and integration landscapes. You will ensure that our solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in software or solution architecture within banking or highly regulated sectors.
- Expertise in microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOA, and API-led integration.
- Proficiency in Azure cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
- Strong background in full-stack development (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, React/TypeScript).
- Experience with database systems including SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cosmos DB).
Important Requirements
- Proven ability to conduct architectural reviews and produce Architecture Decision Records (ADR).
- Deep understanding of secure coding practices, threat modeling, and data protection regulations.
- Experience advocating for TDD, static code analysis, and performance testing methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
Nice to Have Requirements
- Experience with IBM APIC, ACE, and ESQL.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM integration.
