We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Solutions Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary technical advisor and advocate for our sustainability software platform, bridging the gap between our innovative solutions and the complex needs of the real estate industry. You will partner closely with Account Executives to understand client challenges, craft compelling demonstrations, and articulate the transformative value of our platform to a diverse range of stakeholders, from Asset Managers to C-level executives. Requirements
Critical Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Presales / Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering within enterprise SaaS.
- Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, Sustainability, Asset Management, or related fields.
- Strong ability to connect technical solutions with business outcomes.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
Important Requirements
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify business opportunities and address technical objections.
- Understand real estate operational and sustainability challenges and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Deliver impactful demos, presentations, and solution storytelling for real estate stakeholders.
- Communicate value to Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Sustainability Managers, Property Managers, and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Consulting teams to improve solutions and offerings.
- Enable and support the sales team with technical expertise and best practices.
