Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Development to spearhead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV) development initiatives within a rapidly expanding international organization. Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
- Deep technical knowledge of AL, C/AL, Visual Studio Code, Extensions, and BC architecture.
- Proven leadership or team/project management experience.
- Excellent German language skills (B2 level or higher).
- Good English language skills (B2 level or higher).
Important Requirements
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, and MS SQL Server.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to Have Requirements
- Understanding of Azure services, Power Platform, and related IT systems.
- Experience managing external vendors and development partners.
