Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Development to spearhead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV) development initiatives within a rapidly expanding international organization. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented, cross-location development team, significantly influence our ERP architecture, and drive the continuous evolution of our core business applications across multiple global entities. Requirements

Critical Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
  • Deep technical knowledge of AL, C/AL, Visual Studio Code, Extensions, and BC architecture.
  • Proven leadership or team/project management experience.
  • Excellent German language skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Good English language skills (B2 level or higher).

Important Requirements

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to Have Requirements

  • Understanding of Azure services, Power Platform, and related IT systems.
  • Experience managing external vendors and development partners.
