Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets.
- Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing.
- Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts, maintaining structure, adaptability, and focus.
- Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building trust with deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones.
- Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and the principles of building exceptional teams.
Important Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on impact over strict tenure.
- Experience designing and executing thoughtful search strategies, including market mapping and outreach.
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously without compromising candidate experience or quality.
Nice to Have Requirements
- Experience hiring for research, infrastructure, systems, or other deeply technical roles.
- Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions.
- Background in high-growth startups or similarly fast-moving environments.
- A builder's mindset: demonstrated ability to experiment, learn quickly, spot patterns, and continuously refine recruiting playbooks and processes.
