Our client is seeking a dedicated Ukrainian-English Translator to join an international customer support team based in Lisbon, Portugal. Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Native or fluent Ukrainian (C2 level or equivalent)
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Portuguese residence card with work authorization
Important Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy
Nice to Have Requirements
- Previous experience in translation or interpreting
- Prior experience in a customer support role
